As you’ve heard on our most recent interview, the Heartland Circle’s co-founders Craig and Patricia Neal have created a unique business based on the goal of using “Thought Leaders” from all walks of life to help develop aspiring leaders both personally and professionally.
Their approach involves a variety of experiences, including their signature “Thought Leaders Gathering” program where seasoned executives and inspirational leaders kick off the program with a conversation starter, and engage the group in deep interactive conversation as a means to intense individual growth and learning. Other parts of the offerings include their call-in conversations and questioning with “vision holders”, and the interactive experience of being part of the online Heartland Circle community.
We’d like to learn more about your responses to this new type of learning opportunity, both from those new to Heartland’s approach as well as those in our audience who have been or are currently are involved with one or more of their offerings.
