In our current podcast, renowned author and PBS Television Series host James Burke introduced us to a highly innovative approach to learning via his “Knowledge Web” project. In the process, he also took many of our educational and even business organizational systems “to task” for what he referred to as a highly “reductionist” approach to learning and innovating — by continuing to develop and rely on “specialists” as such an important part of our creative process.
